2024 SEC Week 5 Highlight Performance

How freakin' good is Ryan Williams? My goodness. He showed skills in his first few games, but this past Saturday against Georgia he was a on different level.

6 catches, 177 yards, and one touchdown which was the 75 yard game-winner with just over two minutes to go in the 4th quarter.

As a former personnel guy, my mind immediately jumps to player comparisons, and the first one to match the skill in recent memory is Jamarr Chase. There's something about the way Ryan Williams reacts to the ball in the air that reminds me of Chase. If you watch videos of Chase at LSU getting matched up against 1st round corners, his ability to react to the ball and get his body in a position that the corners had no chance of responding to was unparalleled. Ryan is in the same class, and what's even more scary is that Ryan just might be better with the ball in his hands than Jamarr.

Have I mentioned he's **17**?
